  Casual Films

Multi-award winning production team, Nick Francis and Barnaby Cook founded Casual Films in 2006 after working for BBC News and in event management. Since then they have worked with some of the world’s most successful brands, like AOL, BBC, Intel and Danone. Their films consistently stretch their clients’ expectations and win awards for creativity and quality.

Casual Films’ first assignment was to produce 15 films for travel company Expedia. They did this in just five weeks whilst driving 9000 miles in a 1987 Mini. Travelling some of the world’s worst roads from London to Mongolia, they filmed and edited 130 hours of footage, honing their ability to produce high quality online content quickly and efficiently.

Since then the company has continued to grow and remains adept at performing in challenging situations whilst faced with extremely tight deadlines. Whether producing a daily video-news magazine at last year’s Cannes Lions with our crews working around the clock, or broadcasting the keynote speech at ‘08 ARM Developer’s Conference in San Francisco, we have the experience and logistical know-how to face the challenge and deliver.
